10/10 experience as per usual with La Quinta Resort Leasing. This particular property is great due to its close location to the main Resort as well as property amenities.

Well located and well furnished property. Very comfortable for five adults. Easy walk to the La Quinta resort and we had access to the amenties there. Pool with hot tub nearby and we used frequently. Would defintely come back and rent this porperty again.

We rented for 6+ weeks the same unit as last year. Still love the resort and area but the home is “tired” and needs updates. Service from the rental agency is amazing.

We had a great experience staying at this vacation rental. It was in walking distance of the La Quinta resort and we were able to enjoy playing tennis under the lights. The home was well equipped and as a family of 5 we had a lot of space and comfort during our stay! High recommend this property to anyone planning to visit the Palm Springs area.

We stayed at Santa Rosa Cove #42 for 10 days in early July & could not have been happier. The condo (more like a house) is so well equipped with everything you could need. The access to the resort is super fun & we loved the easy, pretty walk over to use the gym, go for a dunk in the adults only pool or main pool which are both cooled (verses the private condo area pools which are not). That was key amidst 120 degree heat! Also fun to walk over & grab a cocktail at one of the restaurants or grab one to go for poolside. Wifi in the condo was great too which was important as we had one working via Zoom & one on Zoom for classes. The owners of this condo have done an amazing job stocking this home. And the La Quinta Leasing office staff is super sweet & very on top of any needs you may have. Thank you Cindy & Bernadette! Hope to return again when it isn't sweltering.

We have stayed at LQ multiple times and always enjoy it immensely. The villas are clean, spacious and the kitchens well stocked. The grounds are impeccable and good weather helps too of course. The leasing process is easy and the staff(Cindi, Bernadette) are very responsive and can meet most needs!

This is the second year our family has stayed in this unit. Well appointed for all ages. Very cozy for the holiday week! We enjoy the convenience of leasing through the hotel from our late night arrival to having total property access. We had many fun pickle ball games!
