Santa Rosa Cove #16 - Greenbelt

Tired property, gas smell in the Courtyard when main heater is running, carpets are stained, Courtyard completely worn out, The "Casa" is used by the resort as a staging area for the resorts construction/construction garbage (Saturday morning Metal Saw at 7:15 am. Good location, Staff was very good from start to finish.Been coming here for generations, the resort is looking well. The Golf Course has no Hospitality left and laughed when we said we were staying at the resort and treated us poorly throughout (Said they have nothing to do with resort with a visible smirk, we weren't asking for anything)).

2 couples from Denver visiting Palm Springs to spectate the BNP tennis tourney. We had been to resort previously and love the beautiful grounds and availability of restaurants and decided to try one of your vacation rentals. We did not have time to use the tennis courts or pool this visit due to shorter stay( 3 nights). The rental house was clean, but we did have a few issues. As some reviews had written, the unit is out of date and we felt that the carpet should probably be replaced. There was a slight odor to the place upon entry. Really the biggest issue occurred in the casita unit where our friends stayed. They commented that the drain in the bathtub did not drain well when showering. The following day the toilet began to leak and water actually backed up through that drain. Our friends shut off the water valve and wiped up the water that had accumulated on the bathroom floor(not toilet waste). We reported the issue to the front desk at resort that evening and also left a voice mail with the leasing company the following morning and at again at check out. Our friends subsequently moved into the spare bedroom and bathroom in the main unit. As I said, we love the resort but will go back to reserving a room instead. We are not at all unhappy despite the inconvenience of the bathroom issue and don’t want to leave a published review. But we do want to alert the owners and leasing company regarding this major issue in that bathroom. The plumbing should be repaired before renting that unit.

This was our 4th year at this location. Property needs some work (would like to discuss) and the noise was very loud every day from the construction across the street.

Nice property, easy walking distance to all resort amenities. Used the Cleaning service 1x in middle of stay and they were great and quick.

Nice to be with family.
The unit is tired and needs updating. The outside chairs were ripped and some broken. However, when I notified the property management company they responded promptly and replaced.
The house was very convenient to the resort and we liked that a lot.

Shower pressure was not great in the primary bedroom, otherwise everything else was fine!

This was our 2nd year staying at location; loved it very much.
Hope to lease next year.

We had a wonderful trip and much in part to the lovely accommodations we had, and the assistance from La Quinta Leasing. I highly recommend this home, it was supplied with everything we needed and very clean!
