PGA West #21 - Pool Home / Mt. Views

The house was nice, and the location good; no property management contact, as we needed to check in and out of the La Quinta Resort. We left a list of general maintenance items, but luckily, we had no need to interact with a property manager

We love this property and have been staying here for several years now. This is the first year we noticed that the property could greatly benefit from some necessary updates , including replacing the mattresses in the guest wing/casita. The mattress is slopes inwards due to being so old and unfortunately led to an uncomfortable stay in that particular part of the house.

This home suited our family's needs perfectly. Well appointed, plenty of space, pool right out the backdoor, great walking routes out the front door. Only complaint was that we paid for access to LaQuinta resort amenities, and it was too far away to take advantage of those. It would have been nice if the office had shared the address in advance so we understood how long that 6.5 mile drive would take.

Gathering a family of 3 generations (15 to 81years) is a feat that requires for success, great accommodations. We would appreciate, if possible, sending on to the owner of PGA West #21 our appreciation for a wonderful
gathering residence and location. The day began and ended with the comment that a return visit is a "must."

The home was ver comfortable in a great location- very quiet as well!

The property was perfect for our groups of 2 families. Good main living space and kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to cook. The items that needed attention were quickly responded to by the property management. Just a little more attention needs to be given to clean up on the property.

While large and well laid out the maintenance and upkeep of this home is not up to par for a rental of this cost and management type.
Also the fourth bedroom is only accessible via the outside or another bedroom. Not ok for a couple at all. Ok for small kids near their parents but not a true fourth bedroom.
We felt like we vacationed with the management team given all the things that didn’t work right and should have been ok. Showers, fridge, screen doors, lights and other maintenance items.
The decor of the house is dated but the kitchen is decently stocked if you plan to cook. Look at the spice dates before you use them!
And the pool is sort of creepy given it’s size and placement. The pools weren’t heated in the common areas so we did use the facilities at the hotel but that is a 20 minute drive so not super convenient. Overall stay at the properties at the hotel or make other arrangements. Management did send repair staff out for issues but it was disruptive to us and our vacation . No follow up afterwards despite promises to do so .

Overall, this is a nice property, but it's ideally suited for 3 couples. The 4th bedroom cannot be accessed without walking through the 3rd bedroom or coming in from an outside door. B4 also cannot access the bathroom it shares with B3 without going through B3 or going outside and coming in through the main house. Also no TV's in 2 of the 4 bedrooms and B3 TV is in an adjacent sitting room, not the bedroom.

Four of rented this home for a golf weekend and would definitely recommend it for anyone planning a golf trip to PGA West or nearby courses. 5 minute drive to PGA clubhouse and Stadium/Nicklaus Tournament courses. lots of room for 4 people with private bedrooms/bathrooms.

This is my second time booking with Bernadette. She was very helpful, accommodating and amazing. This house that we rented had everything we needed. The experience was better than staying at a hotel. We had such a good time that we extended our stay one more night. I would definitely keep coming back here. Thank you again Bernadette!

The property was very clean, private and the location was good. The set-up within the house is a little odd; to get to the 4th bedroom you have to go through the 3rd bedroom. As we were 4 married guys on a golf weekend, this was a little strange (but it would be fine if it was a family occupying the whole house). The check-in and check-out process was less than ideal; we had to drive 15 minutes out of the way to the La Quinta resort to pick up and drop off keys. For a VRBO rental I expect to either be met at the house or to get a door code when I arrive and when I checkout, I don't want to have to drive out of my way to drop off the keys. The check-in/check-out process would keep me front renting from this management company again.

We stayed here in August and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. We had 8 adults with plenty of king beds, beautiful large kitchen, great outdoor kitchen and the location was perfect. I have stayed in this community before and it is very clean, safe and located on a beautiful golf course. The actual lot location is prime as it is at the end of the street with no neighbors on either side (one side is the golf course and the other side is a community pool). The only downside was the size of the house pool. For 8 adults it was a bit cramped but we did have the option of the community pool which was right next door.

The place was very clean and no physical issues. Even during COVID19 the booking and check in process was like a hotel which was very refreshing. The check out was exactly like a hotel, just grab your stuff and go. The house it's self was 1st class. Pretty much everything we needed was in the house. The location is optimal being at the end of the street with no neighbors and the community pool next to the house. The small pool on property was amazing

Experience was great. The place was very spacious. Host was helpful and accommodating when we were late to check in. Though the pool was on the smaller side, it’s a good size to relax and keep cool in. Great choice!

We had booked this rental for 2 weeks and ended staying for 6 weeks. The home is wonderful and fully equipped. The home is great for 3 couples and a couple of kids. The pool is very small but didn’t think that would matter since the house is next to a community pool. However all community pools were closed due to covid19. The furnishings and decor are beautiful. The backyard are is very open and there is very little privacy as it backs up to the cart path. The la Quinta leasing
management was very accommodating and responded quickly to any issues
