We really enjoyed this Los Estados home. It probably would have been helpful though, if the owner had engaged a property manager before renting to go through the home and identify issues that needed to be resolved. The master bathtub is cracked and needs replacing (owner had his spa technician caulk the tub). Window above sink in master bath leaks water when raining, also leak in garage roof by trash cans. One of the back slider doors does not lock. Outdoor barbeque grill needed cleaning before use. Would have liked small tv in kitchen while cooking. Need to update dishware for microwave safe and also coffee mugs. Kitchen chairs not that comfortable. All in all, we did enjoy the home. Could tell owners chose quality appliances and furniture when installed, well-stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable, beautiful outdoor spaces.
This rental has exceptional views, bedroom are spacious, fully stocked with kitchen appliances. however just a few suggestions for the house; A guide or cheat sheet on how to use the high-tech pool control to turn on spa jets/heat, and surrounding lights highlighting the pool. A gentleman who services the pool thankfully came around on our 2nd day and knew exactly what to do and walked us thru the steps. A couple durable oven mitts would be nice. Would highly recommend this rental!
