Welcome to La Quinta! This charming 2-story hacienda boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a cozy Spanish fireplace. Recently renovated, this 1,931 square foot residence beautifully blends the original 1926 La Quinta Resort’s Spanish charm with modern amenities.
The large, upgraded cook’s kitchen opens to the dining room, which extends to a spacious private outdoor dining area. Here, you’ll find a gas grill and two dining tables, perfect for entertaining. This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom, and another king bed in the third bedroom. Each bedroom and the living room feature large flat-screen TVs.
The two upper-level bedrooms have private bathrooms with double sinks, while the first-level bedroom offers direct access to a lounging area in the large private backyard. This serene oasis provides stunning mountain views from every angle, including a balcony off the master suite. The home is quiet and secluded, yet just steps from the pool and tennis courts.
Enjoy leisurely walks or bike rides through the 45-acre resort grounds nestled beneath the Santa Rosa Mountains. The resort offers a full range of amenities, including a day spa, 41 pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, shopping, and numerous dining venues.

This is our twelfth year of renting and visiting La Quinta and staying at Tennis Villa #4. It is a wonderful home away from home. Lot's of space and a great private back yard.

Everything was wonderful, except we could niot use door to patio. Sign said broken and could not be used. Inconvenience for us. Next time we would rent one with a shower on first floor that could be used safely.. this was shower over bathtub with no bar rails . It was not safe for an older couple.

A simple acknowledgement from the LQ Leasing Co.that they were working on it would have gone a long way instead of my 3 phone calls trying to follow up.

Overall, it was a good experience and very convenient to Pickleball and Tennis, which is what we wanted.
What was disturbing and very frustrating is the inability to go through the residential gates after 10pm. No one “mans” the security gate and Waldorf Atstoria would NOT buzz us in. So, luckily, we had another car
Inside the property. One of us got
Out of the car, jogged to the property, collected the other car and drove to the garte so we could open the gate. This was the only way to enter the gate after 10pm which is baloney and it was a bad experience. Also, you need to make sure Toilet Paper is well stocked before arrival. The leasing office was very responsive, though. Thank you.

Great location, great service, perfect size house for 8 adults to celebrate and be safe. But, there was no extra toilet paper, the towels did not smell nice and it was obvious the floors were not cleaned thoroughly. I do believe there's poor housekeeping. With all that being said I would stay here again but ensure that it has been cleaned better and is stocked better. Very spacious, big rooms, big bathrooms and very cozy.

A lovely gem! Perfect for the family. We had a fantastic time. Really comfortable home. Everyone (family of 8) had their own space, yet we were still together. No fighting over bathrooms! The grounds are kept immaculate, and the home was clean and tidy. The AC works really well, and we loved the fact that we had our own back yard with a grill, and a washer/dryer. The management company was great! Very flexible with our arrival and departure times. Our only regret was not staying longer!!
Garage door was broken. Couldn't open or close it. Upstairs bedroom slider couldn't open. Master bathroom light wouldn't turn off. Stair lights didn't turn on. Kithchen slider didn't have a lock that worked. They put a wooden rod at the base. La Quinta maintenance came and fix most of the things have way thru the trip but it was not a great experience for the money paid.
