Santa Rosa Cove #75 - Fairway/ Mt. Views

Had another lovely stay here. Could use a few owner updates(liked the new grill), and LaQuinta Vacation Rental team is great at addressing any immediate need and they did. We had personalized assistance sending boxes and golf clubs in advance as our travel is complicated getting to LaQuinta. Cleaning crew was great and maintenance staff was prompt, helpful and friendly. Thanks again

GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR FAMILY MEMBERS WHO STAYED FOR 4 NIGHTS STARTING WITH 12/25.

We so enjoyed our stay here and the wonderful support we received from Bernadette and her vacation rental staff prior to and during our stay. We needed to ship some items including golf clubs and skis in advance and it was seamless and helpful. Love the LaQuinta Resort inclusion in the stay too. We are committed to stay here for 2024.

This condo has been remodeled at obviously great expense but is not as livable as it should.
1. The TV in the living room is difficult to use.
2. The kitchen is disorganized and does not have necessary items. We had to purchase serving utensils.
3. The dishwasher does not work properly and leaves residue on the dishes after a wash.
4. The main bed needs a headboard and is generally not comfortable.
The main bath/shower has been well remodeled but needs a seat and grab bars.
All the drains had to be unclogged after our arrival.
All cupboards for linen and towels are disorganized and contained mismatched sheets and towels. Each bedroom should have its own sheets and towels so they can be easily identified and placed where they belong.
The lighting throughout the condo and outdoors is superb!
The trash cans which need to be used every week are old and battered and need to be replaced.
The casita needs a small frig and coffee station so guests in that room can be self sufficient.
Do not know if the resort should be providing paper goods and toiletries on a biweekly basis?
The management staff is superb and very responsive to all requests.
Being in the resort is so convenient and makes for a very good experience. This is our third trip as resort guests but will hope for better pricing before any further visits.

Beautiful condo that felt more like a house. The patio w views of the fairway and mountains was gorgeous all times of the day and night. House was well kept and recently remodeled. Book it ... you won’t be disappointed. Bernadette at the leasing office was amazing!

Love being on the 18th hole of mountain, best location in the resort, IMO. Very near the pool, which is a plus, but it was the coldest week of the year when we were there. This property, while comfortable w bright colors, is badly in need of a renovation. The decor is native themed, feels like the 1970s, but thats not the issue (was actually charming) -- the beds and bedding are old and sub-par. The sheets in the master dont fit the bed (kept peeling off, we were sleeping on the bare mattress), and the quilt was like something from a motel 6 -- same quality for all the beds. The twins in the casita are not real beds at all; they are minitatures. My 16 YO nephew did not fit in them, they are only suitable for small children, but if you're like us, you dont want small kids in a separate building. Kitchen had new appliances, but the icemaker in the fridge didnt work. Also, the coffeemaker had a moldy old filter filled with moldy grounds from who knows how long ago...not clean. Those were the main issues, everything else was satisfactory to good. However, of the 5-6 places ive stayed at on the 18th hole of the mountain, I'd rank this one near the bottom.
